The Bootcamp will allow you to develop key management skills including: –

- Improve your communication skills
- Become an effective team manager
- Understanding coaching, mentoring and advice
- Tools and methods of project management
- Understanding artificial intelligence
You will also have the chance to gain an optional Leadership and Management qualification recognised by the Chartered Management Institute.
