Do You Want to Work in Early Help?
Community CVS are offering limited places for the upcoming Early Help Skills Bootcamp, starting on Tuesday 12th January 2027.
The programme is a FREE 15-session Skills for Life Bootcamp, leading to a guaranteed job interview with Lancashire County Council, Children & Family Wellbeing Service across a range of roles: –
Develop New Skills & Confidence – Use Your Transferable Skills and Experience
Learners will develop knowledge and skills in:
- Understanding the role of Early Help
- Working with children, young people and families
- Communication, listening and relationship building
- Safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Practical skills for Early Help roles
- Employability skills and preparing for interviews
- Understanding career pathways in Early Help
Learners can also gain two free RSPH Level 2 qualifications in Understanding Mental Wellbeing and Supporting Behaviour Change.

- 15 sessions over 8 weeks

- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am–2:30pm
