Mohammed Kathrada recently attended Arise Restoration Centre, based at Melia Business Centre, 17 Railway Darwen BB3 2RG, meeting with Roderick (Rickie) West (pictured).

Arise Restoration Centre was recently awarded funding from the Community Asset Fund to run a Health & Wellbeing Initiative project. The centre received funding to purchase bicycles that will be use to run a group session two days per week, Wednesdays and Saturdays at Witton Park and at any other Blackburn with Darwen cycle trail.

The Arise Restoration Centre also run the ‘Feed our people crusade‘ project to help reduce hunger, food waste, and poverty within Blackburn with Darwen and East Lancashire supported by FareShare and ‘Grow Your Wellbeing’ project supported by Bank Top Neighbourhood Learning Centre.
