Project Financial Administration Officer

Community CVS are inviting applications for the post of Project Financial Administration Officer to provide assistance to the Governance and Compliance Manager.

This is an exciting project funded until 30th September 2023 by external projects and by the European Structural and Investment Funds. The project is led by Community CVS and delivered through community infrastructure partners in Lancashire.

We are seeking someone with excellent finance and administration skills, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to complement our team.

Main duties will be ensuring financial records are compliant to European Structural and Investment Funds standard. Data is accurately recorded on QuickBooks software; assist in the preparation and submission of reports to funders. Additional financial administration support to all service areas if and when required.

You will be a highly motivated and organised person with the ability to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise your own workload.

  • SALARY: £17,723.51 per annum (30hrs a week).
  • (Full-time equivalent – £21,859 – 37 hours per week)
  • WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
