Trainer and Assessor

About the Trainer and Assessor Role

We have been awarded funding to deliver a new and exciting project to upskill individuals and future-proof organisations across Lancashire. The project runs until December 2023.

As part of this project, we are looking for an accredited Trainer and Assessor.

This is a full-time role for the duration of the project with a salary of £33,782. As an organisation embedded in the community we value our employees as people, therefore we offer a flexible approach to completion of work and working hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To undertake organisational diagnostics and skills audit
  • To advise in developing workforce development plans and individual learning plans
  • To develop our bespoke training offer
  • To deliver training according to your specialism

About You

You should hold an assessor qualification (A1 D32/33 or similar) and have experience delivering accredited training, with an understanding of coaching and mentoring techniques.

About the Community Development Officer Role

As part of this project, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager.

This is a full-time role for the duration of the project with a salary of £27,741. As an organisation embedded in the community we value our employees as people, therefore we offer a flexible approach to completion of work and working hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To create, develop and manage relationships with SMEs in Lancashire
  • To undertake organisational diagnostics and skills audit
  • To track and monitor data using CRM systems
  • To complete paperwork to an auditable standard

About You

Ideally, you will be a self-motivated and positive individual with experience of managing your own workload. With experience of working towards targets, you will be a process driven individual ready to offer positive solutions where appropriate
