As part of National Volunteers’ Week, we’re launching a new Mentoring Workshop tomorrow.
The workshop takes place from 1 to 4pm, and aims to help mentor feel informed and confident about the mentoring process and make the process enlightening and productive for the mentee.
Contents include: –
- The Mentoring Lifecycle;
- Mentoring skills;
- Professional Boundaries;
- Maintaining a mentoring relationship;
- Ending the mentoring relationship.
Slightly earlier, between 10am and 12.30pm, we are hosting a Volunteer Management Workshop. to help solve problems, advise and offer resources to anyone with responsibility for managing or supporting.
