KnowYourDNA – great tips on staying heart smart

There’s no secret to a healthy heart – all it takes is healthy living. This includes a eating healthy diet, exercising regularly, and leading a healthier lifestyle overall.

And KnowYourDNA‘s resident nutritionist and dietician, Dr. Rizza Mira, has produced a great guide to how you can get – and stay – “heart smart.”
