Community CVS is distributing a small grants pot to individuals and community groups, for innovative projects around supporting life recovery.
The funding is to support aims and objectives of the Blackburn with Darwen Recovery Orientated Integrated System (ROIS) commissioned by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Drug and Alcohol Action /Public Health Commissioners.
