The Modern Worker for the Modern Workplace (MWMW) Programme, delivered by the IN4 Group, offers senior executives and managers from Blackburn with Darwen organisations a unique chance to increase productivity, customer service and growth in the workplace by harnessing the power of data and generative AI technologies.

The next sessions are coming up on Wednesday 9th, Wednesday 16th and Wednesday 23rd July, between 1.30 and 4.30pm (with refreshments provided) at our Boulevard Centre. Please note: places are limited to two delegates per organisation, and organisations must have at least five paid members of staff.

Businesses will engage in interactive workshops, gain hands-on experience, and connect with industry leaders and peers. Leaders will gain invaluable insights into the enhancement of Human Intelligence using AI, and collaborate with a network of experts and innovators, setting the stage for increased profitability and sustainable growth within your organisation.

The programme is being delivered in person in Blackburn with Darwen. It’s easily accessible and is designed to offer maximum impact with minimal time commitment, with three to four workshop days and an optional on-site visit from an instructor to your place of work.

The Modern Worker for the Modern Workplace programme has been a game-changer for businesses across Lancashire, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to embrace digital transformation. Over the course of the programme, IN4 have provided direct support to 50 businesses, helping them navigate the rapidly evolving world of digital tools and AI-driven processes.

One of the programme’s greatest strengths has been its accessibility to businesses of all sizes and scales. While 33% of participants were small businesses with fewer than ten employees, they also worked with larger organisations, including those with between 10-100 employees (33%), and those with over 100 employees (34%). This proved that digital upskilling is vital at every level. The diverse range of sectors they’ve engaged with, across health, education, construction, manufacturing, and more, shows just how critical modern workplace skills are across industries.

As IN4 continue to support businesses on their digital journey, the MWMW programme stands as a testament to the power of accessible, high-quality digital skills training. By providing the right tools and knowledge, they are ensuring that businesses across Lancashire are not just keeping up with change but leading it.
