Preston Volunteers teamed up with the brilliant LACVS LOCAL team on Wednesday to provide a Funding Fair for delegates from groups and organisations in Central Lancashire at One Co Work.
The Fair provided a fantastic marketplace to enable local organisations and community groups to meet funders in person to explore different funding opportunities and get advice on what’s available, how to apply and how to write the ideal funding bid to secure some much-needed grant money for invaluable project work.
The event also featured some fine entertainment from the wonderful DanceSyndrome, who provide opportunities and joy for people with and without Down’s syndrome and other learning disabilities via inclusive dance.
