The Conference Room is available to hire on a daily, half-daily or evening basis and can comfortably accommodate up to 70 delegates.
The room can be configured in a variety of layouts including:
- Theatre (up to 70 delegates)
- Boardroom (up to 30)
- Café (up to 40)

State of the art IT and presentation materials are included in the cost of your Conference package, including:
- Laptop and projector
- Roaming microphones
- Flipcharts and presentation resources
- Portable hearing loop system.
Free tea and coffee making facilities are on hand at all times for your delegates.
Our professional caterers can also provide a range of superb hot and cold buffets for events with more than 10 delegates. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten free and other dietary requirements can all be accommodated.
We also have two meeting rooms which are ideal for one-to-ones and small groups. Situated on the ground floor, the Meeting Rooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people and are close to the Reception area.
Access to a computer is available on request in one of the rooms.
