CVS Volunteer Centre Staff Mental Health & Wellbeing initiative

CVS Volunteer Centre staff attended an outdoor Witton Park Cycling session organised by Mohammed Kathrada (CVS) and Anthony Carr (BwD) help reduce stress and worries amongst the Volunteer Centre colleagues.

Today’s session supported each staff with relaxation techniques, physical fitness, and coordination with a touch of fresh air.
