About the Role
This is a fantastic chance to shape how we use data, manage contracts, and ensure compliance – all while driving positive change across our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on data strategy, analytics & reporting
- Oversee finance, contracts & grant claims
- Support governance & compliance at board level
- Manage HR records & administration
- Ensure training centre compliance with awarding bodies
What We’re Looking For:
- A data specialist with strong analytical and IT skills (Power BI, databases, spreadsheets)
- Experience in finance, contracts, and governance
- A confident team leader with attention to detail and a compliance mindset
