Community CVS in collaboration with Lancashire County Council is offering the opportunity for Lancashire organisations to access 90% funded Leadership and Management Training for aspiring, new and existing managers in the health and social care sector.

The programme runs from Community CVS Blackburn over ten sessions and is backed by the government Skills for Life campaign.

This significant funding at 90% means SME’s only pay £345 per candidate (£750 for larger orgs) for the training valued at £3450 per head.

The learning and development opportunity will produce team leaders with well-rounded skills ideal to work in the health and social care / charitable / social enterprise sector. The programme has been co-created with the health and social care sector and covers Coaching and Mentoring, Communication, Leadership Styles, Project Management. Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Relationship Management and more.

Learners will earn a participation certificate for the flagship programme and can also opt to undertake an accredited Level 3 or 5 leadership and management qualification at no extra cost.

On Completion your organisation would need to confirm in writing how the candidate is using their newfound skills with new supervisory or management responsibilities or in a new role at your organisation.
