We support you to learn the following: –

  • Sending & receiving emails, using the internet, Online Search engines, Online forms, Internet safety, Search for jobs and Set privacy settings.

As more and more services become digital, it is more important than ever that everyone possesses basic IT skills to be able to complete everyday tasks safely and effectively e.g. banking, benefits, online shopping, council services and health services.

The Future Digital Inclusion project has been set up to assist people who feel they need to improve their IT skills, with one-to-one support and using the online learning programme – Learn My Way.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligible participants should be: –

When the participants have completed the mandatory 4 units from the following: –

  • Sending & receiving emails
  • Using the internet
  • Online Search engines
  • Online forms
  • Internet safety
  • Search for jobs
  • Set privacy settings

The participant must register on www.learnmyway.com with an email and a password. The participant must complete at least four units in a maximum period of 30 days to be considered as an outcome.

Project Outcomes

The overall aim of the project is to help participants develop adequate IT skills ( 8 skills)  and assist them to complete the 8 basic IT  in moving towards gaining employment, training or volunteering and generate a legacy of IT support in the local community.
