Paul has been Chair since 2014. He also serves as a Trustee of both Blackburn Healthy Living and Blackburn Improvement District. (B. I. D. He is Chair of St. Stephen’s C. of E. Primary School and a member of the Chapter of Blackburn Cathedral. He has experience of working in community development.
